1. No Returns or Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges
- Once delivered, orders cannot be returned
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- A wrong product
You must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos and order details
3. Resolution
After verification, we will:
- Provide a replacement, or
- Offer a suitable resolution
4. Important Notes
- Requests after 48 hours may not be accepted
- Items should not be used for claims
- Final decision will be taken by Sniffy Nose
